We picked, washed, scratted, pressed, fermented, racked and bottled. Now it's time for our apple donors to pick up their cider. We'll be opening up the cider house especially for those that donated their apples in 2012.

We know it wasn't the best of years in terms of an apple harvest. But that doesn't mean we didn't take great care and attention over each precious apple.

So if you want in on the action in 2013, get searching for those apples. The trees will be in blossom in no time and then look out in the months ahead as they start to produce their precious harvest. Ripe for the picking this Autumn.
